Salary and Benefits
Flex House Parents receive a salary of $43,825 per person, resulting in a total compensation package of approximately $150,000 per couple. This includes free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and other benefits.
The comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, health savings and flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability options, and retirement savings.
Additionally, relocation assistance and paid training are provided, along with a schedule of nine days on followed by three days off and three-week paid summer vacation.
