We are seeking a Youth Development Specialist to join our team as a flex houseparent couple at Milton Hershey School. In this unique role, you will provide guidance and support to a group of students in a family-like environment.
Your responsibilities will include driving, administering medication, and budgeting, while ensuring the students thrive in their educational journey. You will also lead daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
To be successful in this role, you will need experience working with youth and a high school diploma or GED. Valid driver's licenses and the ability to become certified to drive student home vans are also necessary.
