As a flex houseparent, you will live on-campus with your spouse and be responsible for the care and guidance of a group of students. You will provide daily support, encouragement, and discipline, helping students to develop essential life skills and values.
We offer a competitive salary, free housing, meals, and other benefits. Our schedule allows for a balance between work and personal time, with nine days on followed by three days off.
