As a flex houseparent, you will live on-campus with your spouse and be responsible for the care and guidance of a group of students. You will provide daily support, encouragement, and discipline, helping students to develop essential life skills and values.
We offer a competitive salary, free housing, meals, and other benefits. Our schedule allows for a balance between work and personal time, with nine days on followed by three days off. Required qualifications include experience working with youth, being legally married for at least two years, and both spouses being age 27 or older. We also require a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and the ability to become certified to drive student home vans.
