We are currently seeking a Youth Development Specialist to join our team of flex houseparents. As a flex houseparent, you will be responsible for guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students in one of our on-campus student homes.
Our ideal candidate will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. They will be comfortable leading daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. A valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans are also required.
