Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to fill the role of flex houseparents. As a flex houseparent, you will be responsible for providing care and support to our students, and helping them develop important life skills.
Key responsibilities include:
- Guiding students in their daily activities and homework
- Managing household tasks and maintaining a clean and safe living environment
- Nurturing a family-like atmosphere and building relationships with students
- Providing medical and emotional support as needed
