What are the responsibilities and job description for the Supportive Educational Guides position at Milton Hershey School?
We are seeking a married couple to become flex houseparents at Milton Hershey School and provide a supportive educational environment for students. The ideal candidate will be a married couple who have been legally married for at least two years and are willing to commit to this unique role.
As a house parent, you will be responsible for guiding approximately 8-12 students, handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting. Couples must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
