What are the responsibilities and job description for the Supportive Environment Providers for Students position at Milton Hershey School?
Milton Hershey School is a world-class private school that provides an exceptional education to students from disadvantaged backgrounds. We are seeking married couples to become Houseparents, providing a family-like environment for our students.
As a Houseparent, you will be responsible for providing care and guidance to a group of students, including driving, administering medication, and handling various household responsibilities. You will work closely with your spouse to create a supportive and loving home environment for your students.
The ideal candidate will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and they must have been legally married for at least two years. They should also be able to lift up to 50 lbs and have a valid driver's license.
