You will work closely with other staff members to ensure a supportive and inclusive environment for all students. This role requires flexibility, patience, and a willingness to work with students from diverse backgrounds.
Milton Hershey School is fully endowed, ensuring that both students and staff have access to everything they need to thrive. As Flex Houseparents, you will reside in on-campus student homes and provide a consistent family-like structure for students. Responsibilities include driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and more.

- Salary of $43,825 per person (a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple)
