What are the responsibilities and job description for the Supportive Family Environment Providers position at Milton Hershey School?
Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to provide a supportive family environment for students. In this role, you will reside in on-campus student homes, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students. You will provide a consistent family-like structure for students and handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc.
This is a unique career path that requires consideration and commitment from both spouses. We are looking for couples who have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and we require a valid driver's license and the ability to become certified to drive student home vans.
The salary for this role is $43,825 per person (total compensation package approx. $150,000 per couple), including free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more. Work-Life Balance:
