This role requires couples to live on campus, managing household responsibilities, guiding students in daily activities, and providing emotional support. To be successful, you should have:
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- A high school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
You will receive a comprehensive benefits package, relocation assistance, and opportunities for paid training. A salary of $43,825 per person (total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple) includes free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more.
