We are seeking married couples to become Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School, where we provide an exceptional career-focused education to students from disadvantaged backgrounds. Our Flex Houseparents play a vital role in creating a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for our students.
As a Flex Houseparent, you will live on-campus and work closely with other staff members to ensure the well-being and success of our students. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and experience in childcare, teaching, and leadership.
Our Flex Houseparents receive a competitive compensation package, including salary, comprehensive benefits, and relocation assistance. They also enjoy a flexible schedule with nine days on followed by three days off, allowing for quality time with their families.
