As House Parents at Milton Hershey School, you will serve as role models and caregivers for students within a family-like structure. Your responsibilities will include driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and guiding a community of students. You will reside in on-campus student homes and provide a consistent family environment for approximately 8-12 students.

To succeed in this role, you should have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. This is a two-person job for couples who have been legally married for at least two years. Both spouses must be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
