Flex Houseparent Responsibilities
As a Flex Houseparent, your primary responsibility is to provide a supportive family-like environment for our students. This includes:
- Guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students
- Handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting
Requirements
To be considered for this position, you should have:
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Couples must be legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses should be age 27 or older
- A valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
