Job Description
In this role, you will live on campus and guide a group of approximately 8-12 students. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing a consistent family-like structure for students
- Handling daily tasks such as driving, administering medication, and managing budgets
- Reporting student progress and ensuring their well-being
You will initially cover different student homes before being assigned to one specific home.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- A valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- High school diploma or GED required
- A high degree of integrity and comfort leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
