The position offers a competitive salary of $43,825 per person, making it a total compensation package of around $150,000 per couple, including free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more.
Job Description
As a flex houseparent, you will reside in an on-campus student home with your spouse and guide a group of approximately 8-12 students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
