Job Description
This role involves providing a nurturing family-like environment for approximately 8-12 students, living on campus and working closely with students to promote academic success and personal growth.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing a consistent and loving home environment
- Supporting students' educational and personal goals
- Handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting
Requirements
To be successful in this role, couples must have:
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably in an under-served setting
- A high school diploma or GED required
- A valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students
Compensation and Benefits
This role offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package, including:
- Salary of $43,825 per person (a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple)
