We are hiring married couples to become flex houseparents at Milton Hershey School. As a flex houseparent, you will reside in an on-campus student home with your partner, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students. This unique career path takes consideration and commitment from both spouses.
You will provide a consistent family-like structure for students, handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting. When initially hired, flex houseparents cover different student homes before being assigned to one specific home.
Milton Hershey School offers a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple, including free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more.
