Milton Hershey School is hiring nurturing family facilitators to provide a family-like environment for students. As houseparents, you will live on-campus with a group of 8-12 students, guiding them through daily life, education, and responsibilities.
Job responsibilities include providing a consistent family-like structure for students, handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc., and participating in daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
Couples must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services (Note: Proselytizing is prohibited). A high school diploma or GED is required, and candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity.
