To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings, is essential. Both spouses must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and participating in Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. A high school diploma or GED is required, and both spouses must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
