About the Role:
You will work closely with other staff members to create a positive and inclusive living environment for students. This will include managing daily routines, handling responsibilities such as driving and budgeting, and reporting student progress to teachers and administrators.
We offer a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package, and paid training. Our schedule includes nine days on followed by three days off, with a period of personal time while students are at school.
Qualifications:
- Married couple with at least two years of marriage
- Experience working with youth, preferably in an under-served setting
- Valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- High school diploma or equivalent required
