As House Parents, couples will oversee the daily needs of students, manage household responsibilities, and provide guidance in a structured setting. This requires a high degree of integrity, as all staff members serve as role models for students.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, candidates must possess experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older and have been legally married for at least two years. High school diploma or GED is required, along with valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans.
