We are seeking a motivated and compassionate couple to join our team as Houseparents. As a Houseparent, you will be responsible for providing a nurturing environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds. This role requires a strong commitment to creating a family-like structure and supporting the academic and personal growth of students.
The ideal candidate will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses must be age 27 or older, have been legally married for at least two years, and meet the eligibility requirements listed below.
