Family-Like Environment for Students
We are seeking married couples to become part of our team as flex houseparents. As a flex houseparent, you will live in an on-campus student home with your spouse and work together to create a loving and supportive environment for a group of approximately 8-12 students. Your role will involve handling various responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting. You will also be responsible for providing a family-like structure for the students and promoting a positive and supportive atmosphere within the home.
