About This Opportunity
We are seeking a married couple to join our team as Flex Houseparents. As Flex Houseparents, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our students and provide a supportive and stable home life.
Responsibilities:
- Reside in on-campus student homes and provide a family-like environment for groups of approximately 8-12 students.
- Guide and nurture students, providing a supportive and stable home life.
- Manage daily responsibilities, including transportation, medication administration, and budgeting.
Requirements:
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings.
- A valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans.
- Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity and be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and chapel services.
