Your Role
As a Flex Houseparent, you will provide a consistent family-like structure for students, handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and more. You will work closely with your spouse to create a nurturing environment that promotes learning and growth. Your schedule will include nine days on followed by three days off, with a period of personal time while students are at school.
