We are seeking married couples to join our team as Houseparents, responsible for creating a family-like environment for our students. As Houseparents, you will work together with your spouse to manage student care, transportation, and administrative tasks, and you will have the opportunity to lead daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
**Responsibilities**
Your responsibilities as a Houseparent couple will include:
- Providing a safe and supportive living environment for students
- Managing student care, transportation, and administrative tasks
- Leading daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
- Working collaboratively with other staff members to ensure the well-being of our students
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you and your spouse must meet the following requirements:
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- A strong commitment to nurturing and supporting young people
- The ability to work collaboratively as a couple and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
