Youth Care Specialist Couples

Key Responsibilities:

The Youth Development Specialist at Milton Hershey School involves guiding and nurturing a group of students in a supportive environment. Responsibilities include:

• Providing a family-like structure and managing daily activities
• Ensuring the well-being of students while living on campus
• Guiding students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services

Qualifications:

• Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
• Both spouses should be age 27 or older
• No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
• Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students
