Job Description
As a Residential Youth Caregiver, you will reside in on-campus homes with your spouse and guide a group of 8-12 students. Your responsibilities will include managing household responsibilities, ensuring a stable family-like atmosphere, and providing guidance to students. You will also be responsible for driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting. Initially, you will cover different student homes before being assigned to one specific home.
Required Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for couples who have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. You must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. Additionally, you must be able to become certified to drive student home vans and demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students.
