Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to become flex houseparents, residing in on-campus student homes and guiding a group of approximately 8-12 students. As part of our team, you will provide a consistent family-like structure for students, handle essential tasks, and enjoy a range of benefits and perks.
Our compensation package includes salary, comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, and paid training. You will also enjoy a unique schedule, with nine days on followed by three days off, and a period of personal time while students are at school.

What We're Looking For
· Couples who have been legally married for at least two years
· Both spouses should be age 27 or older
· Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
· Demonstrated integrity and a commitment to supporting youth from disadvantaged backgrounds.
