The ideal candidate couple should be experienced in working with youth, preferably in under-served settings, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

As a flex houseparent, you will reside on-campus with your spouse and care for a group of 8-12 students, guiding them in daily activities, administering medication, and ensuring a stable family-like atmosphere.

Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of $43,825 per person, a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple, which includes free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more.
