We offer a competitive salary of $43,825 per person, with a total compensation package of approximately $150,000 per couple, which includes free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more. Job Description
As a Residential Youth Caregiver, you will be part of a married couple team that provides a nurturing environment for students in our on-campus homes. Your responsibilities will include overseeing daily routines, managing budgets, and mentoring students to ensure a supportive and consistent living experience. You will work closely with your spouse and other houseparents to create a family-like structure for our students.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- A high school diploma or GED is required
- Both spouses must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and attending Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
- Valid driver's license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students
