What are the responsibilities and job description for the Youth Caregiver Opportunity position at Milton Hershey School?
Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to join our team as Residential Youth Caregivers. In this role, you will provide a nurturing environment for disadvantaged youth, residing in student homes and offering guidance and support while managing household responsibilities and engaging in family-like activities.
The ideal candidate has experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, have a high school diploma or GED, and demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students.
You will work closely with your spouse to manage daily tasks, lead students in daily devotions, and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. A valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans are also required.
This is a unique career path that takes consideration and commitment from both spouses. If you're passionate about making a difference in the lives of youth, we encourage you to apply.
