Job Overview
Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to join our team as Residential Youth Caregivers. As a key member of our community, you will provide a nurturing environment for 8-12 students and play a vital role in their educational and personal growth.
Responsibilities
- Live on-campus with your spouse and provide a family-like structure for students
- Assist with daily tasks, including driving and administering medication
- Support students' educational experiences and help them achieve their goals
Requirements
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Must be legally married for at least two years
- Age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
