The Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to join our team as flex houseparents. As a flex houseparent, you will reside in an on-campus student home and provide a nurturing environment for approximately 8-12 students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
This role requires couples to work together as a team, providing guidance and support to students while managing responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, and maintaining a family-like atmosphere.
