The Residential Youth Caregiver position involves married couples serving as flex houseparents for a group of 8-12 students. Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. You should be legally married for at least two years, and both spouses should be age 27 or older. You will also need a valid driver's license and the ability to become certified to drive student home vans.
