Job Description
As a Residential Youth Caregiver at Milton Hershey School, you and your spouse will work together to provide a nurturing, family-like environment for youth. Your responsibilities will include driving, administering medication, and budgeting while living on-campus.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you and your spouse should have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. You should also be legally married for at least two years, both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
