Our Job Opportunity
We are seeking married couples to join our team as flex houseparents. As a flex houseparent, you and your spouse will work together to create a supportive and loving home environment for a group of 8-12 students. You will be responsible for administering medication, driving student home vans, and providing support to students while living on-campus.

- A competitive salary of $43,825 per person, making a total compensation package of approximately $150,000 per couple
