Milton Hershey School offers a unique opportunity to make a difference in the lives of students. As a Youth Caregiver and Educator, you will reside in an on-campus student home and care for a group of approximately 8-12 students. You will provide a consistent family-like structure for students and handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and more.
