The Role:
We are seeking caring and dedicated houseparent couples to join our team. As a houseparent couple, you will provide a family-like environment for students, guiding and nurturing a small group in on-campus homes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide emotional support and guidance to students
- Help students with their daily needs and routines
- Assist with homework and academic support
- Model positive values and behaviors
Requirements:
- Experience working with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Legally married couple with at least two years of marriage
- Valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity

- Competitive salary of $43,825 per person (total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple)
