The Flex Houseparent Role
We are hiring married couples to become flex houseparents, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students in an on-campus student home. As a flex houseparent, you will provide a consistent family-like structure for students and handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and more.
