Job Responsibilities:
As Youth Caregivers, the couple will be responsible for guiding and nurturing a group of 8-12 students, providing a consistent family-like structure. Responsibilities include driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and leading daily devotions. The couple must be comfortable leading students in Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services and adhere to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus policy.
Qualifications:
To be eligible for this position, couples must have been legally married for at least two years, be age 27 or older, and have no more than three dependent children residing in the student home. Both spouses must have a valid driver's license and be able to become certified to drive student home vans. A high school diploma or GED is required, and candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students.
