What are the responsibilities and job description for the Youth Caregivers Sought for Family-Like Environment position at Milton Hershey School?
Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to become Residential Youth Caregivers. As part of our team, you will live on-campus and provide guidance and nurturing to a group of 8-12 students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
Responsibilities:
- Managing medication
- Budgeting
- Ensuring a family-like environment

Qualifications:
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- This is a two-person job for couples who have been legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses should be age 27 or older
The ideal candidate will be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
