About the Role
As a House Parent, you will play a vital role in creating a sense of belonging for our students. You will manage daily routines, provide emotional support, and help with academic and personal development.
This is a two-person job for couples who have been legally married for at least two years. We are looking for couples who have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, patience, and a passion for helping others.
