Milton Hershey School is recruiting married couples to join our team as Youth Caregiving Coordinators. As part of our residential program, you and your spouse will live on campus and work together to create a positive, supportive environment for a group of students.
Your key responsibilities will include managing household tasks, administering care, and serving as role models for our students. You will also be responsible for participating in daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
- Competitive salary: $43,825 per person (total compensation package approx. $150,000 per couple)

We are looking for couples with experience working with youth and a strong commitment to the values of Milton Hershey School. Both spouses must be age 27 or older and have a valid driver's license. Certification to drive student home vans is also required. A high school diploma or GED is the minimum educational requirement for this position.
