Salary
Couples will receive a salary of $43,825 per person, resulting in a total compensation package of approximately $150,000 per couple. This includes free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more.
Job Description
As Residential Youth Caregivers, couples will reside in on-campus student homes and provide a consistent family-like structure for students. Responsibilities include managing daily activities, administering medication, and supporting students from disadvantaged backgrounds. Couples must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Candidates must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. A valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans are also required.
