As a flex houseparent, you will reside in an on-campus student home with your spouse and provide a consistent family-like structure for students. This role requires experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings.
Candidates must be married couples who have been legally married for at least two years, both spouses being age 27 or older. They should also be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
