Family Guidance and Education Role
Milton Hershey School seeks a married couple to serve as family guidance and education specialists. The successful applicants will reside on-campus in student homes, guiding and nurturing a group of students aged 8-12. Salary and Benefits
The salary for this position is $43,825 per person, totaling approximately $150,000 per couple. Responsibilities and Qualifications
Candidates must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. They must abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus, limit pets to approved breeds, and hold a valid driver's license. Couples are expected to lead students in daily devotions and take them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. A high school diploma or GED is required, and both spouses must complete an individual employment application.
