As a flex houseparent at Milton Hershey School, you will play a vital role in shaping the lives of our students. We are seeking married couples who share our commitment to providing a supportive and nurturing environment for young people.
You will be responsible for guiding a group of approximately 8-12 students, providing a consistent family-like structure and handling various responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, and budgeting.
