At Milton Hershey School, we are seeking married couples to join our team as Youth Development Specialists. In this unique role, you will reside in on-campus student homes and guide a group of approximately 8-12 students, providing a consistent family-like structure.
About the Role
- Provide supportive care and guidance to students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
- Nurture and develop strong relationships with students, encouraging their academic, emotional, and social growth.
- Responsible for daily devotions and leading students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
The ideal candidate will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. As a couple, you will work together to create a positive and supportive environment for students, promoting their well-being and development.
