We are seeking a dedicated couple to join our team as Youth Development Specialists. As a residential education specialist, you will provide a nurturing family-like environment for students in a residential setting.
As a couples residential education specialist, you will be responsible for guiding students through daily activities, administering medication, and maintaining a supportive home atmosphere. You will work closely with your spouse to ensure a consistent family-like structure for the students.
The ideal candidate will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
You will enjoy a competitive salary of $43,825 per person, a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple which includes free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more.
